Shipping and Fulfillment

We do not ship or fulfill any physical items. All sales are for services and digital products. In the event that there is shipping required to send us items for use on your website – any and all costs associated with mailing or sending us these items is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds and Cancellations

It is our goal that every website project and marketing campaign is delivered quickly and easily to you and your satisfaction is our number one goal. Please know that you may cancel an order within 7 days of purchase for any reason and receive a full refund.

 

After 7 days, all sales are final, no refunds are permitted, and it is up to TimeHoodie's sole discretion in terms of how to resolve any and all outstanding items related to your project.

 

Projects may be canceled at any time, for any reason, by either the customer or TimeHoodie. For any projects canceled by the customer, there will be no assets or work performed to date that will be transferred from TimeHoodie to the customer. For any projects canceled by TimeHoodie or mutually agreed to cancel between customer and TimeHoodie, all assets and work performed to date will be digitally transferred from TimeHoodie to the customer. For any projects canceled that are on a payment schedule (example, 50% down and 50% upon completion) – no refunds will be available for any payments made prior to cancellation, however, no future payment/s or amounts owed from customer will be required to be paid to TimeHoodie after cancellation.

 

Please know that it is our intent to deliver the best product possible. If you are not satisfied at any point during the process we will do our best to make it right and make you happy.
